What is the best practice for setting up my store’s Zebra devices which require a Gmail address?

If you do not use Google Workspace for your company’s business email, you can create a free Gmail account to use when setting-up your Zebra devices. DO NOT let your employees set up devices using their own personal email addresses – you risk losing access to the device. The recommend convention is to use an email address that contains your Ace store number, for example: ace12345@gmail.com and to create a strong password. Using a password vault can be useful to store the login credentials where they can be accessible to the employees that may need them to access your Zebra devices. Note that multiple devices can be set up using the same Gmail address.
