Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for the credit card data environment became a requirement for PCI compliance as of March 31st, 2025. Epicor currently does not have MFA on their product roadmap. Technically, the finger print readers currently supported by Epicor will meet the MFA requirement however we have found these devices to be unreliable and temperamental when in-use in an Ace environment.
