April 9, 2026

[April 10, 2026 – 1:00pm Mountain Time] All DilSe.IT hosted services were restored by 11:00am on Thursday, April 9th.

[April 9, 2026 – 10:05am Mountain Time] Most DilSe.IT services have been restored. The data center engineering team is still actively engaged in discovery, investigation, and mitigation efforts. Some users and services may be impacted. We appreciate your patience during this interruption.

[April 9, 2026 – 8:20am Mountain Time] The data center where DilSe.IT services are hosted is currently experiencing a Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attack that is impacting all of our hosted services. This may be affecting your hosted phone services, email, file sharing, password vault, and other hosted services or servers.

Importantly, no data has been compromised. The data center’s engineers are actively working to resolve the issue, and we expect services to be restored as soon as possible. We will keep you updated as we learn more.

What is a DDoS attack?
A DDoS (Distributed Denial-of-Service) attack is a malicious attempt to disrupt normal network traffic by overwhelming it with a flood of Internet requests. Think of it like an unexpected traffic jam clogging a highway — legitimate users are blocked from reaching their destination, but nothing on the road itself is damaged or stolen.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing your business.
